My academic journey began at SSV Girls High School in Kodumudi, where I built the discipline and curiosity that would shape my future.
I completed my higher secondary education while developing a strong interest in learning and personal growth.
I pursued my undergraduate studies, laying the foundation for a career in Human Resources.
After graduation, I joined as an HR Admin Intern. This internship taught me lessons that no classroom could. I learned:

During the COVID-19 pandemic, I decided to explore international opportunities. I worked with a Sweden-based client on HR and recruitment projects, gaining experience in global collaboration, remote work, and international business processes.
Working with global teams broadened my perspective and strengthened my ability to solve problems across different cultures and industries.
After the international project concluded, I continued working as an independent HR recruiter, helping companies identify and hire the right talent. This phase deepened my understanding of business challenges faced by startups and growing organizations.

My interest in business began long before I founded Zen4Tech.
Growing up, my father ran a mattress business. Every evening after work, he would come home and share stories from his day—not just about sales, but about people, business, and relationships.
He would tell me how many customers visited the shop, what they were looking for, how he understood their needs, answered their questions, built trust, negotiated prices, and calculated profit margins. He even taught me how body language and communication could influence a customer's decision.
Beyond business, he encouraged me to develop the habit of reading. He often asked me to visit the library and read books because he believed that knowledge was one of the greatest investments a person could make.
Those conversations became my first lessons in entrepreneurship—lessons that no classroom could have taught me.
Ironically, while those experiences sparked my passion for business, my father always hoped I would choose the security of a stable career instead of starting my own company. Like many parents, his advice came from love and a desire to see me live a secure life.
Life, however, had a different plan for me.
Today, every product I build and every decision I make as a founder is influenced by the values and business principles I learned from watching him.
He may not have encouraged me to become an entrepreneur, but he unknowingly became my very first business mentor.
After spending years in Human Resources and working closely with businesses, I realized that many organizations struggle not because of a lack of people, but because of outdated processes and technology.
I believe technology should make people's lives easier.
